The new modern thing to wear retro. Louis Vuitton latest collection is truly a blast, a blast from the past. Taking yesteryear’s silhouette and fabricating tomorrows finds. I am sure it wasn’t much research to do having more than 150 year in the business. Some of the pieces feel as old as they look, but not on the fresh face starlet from the campaign. The stand outs are always the accessories. The best reinterpretation of the round-square to bootie to date, done with a slightly higher heel and in the logo-ed shape.

This season Marc Jacobs takes us on a train ride back to a time when tailoring and the women voting went hand in hand. Fall 2012 is full luxurious suiting fabric with ornate jewel like button. The collection strong and simple with its layers and “A’ line silhouette is sure to win with any political party. The layers presented you an ankle pant with button details under dresses and skirts. Of course, there where bags croc hat boxes, a large black patent damier, and a deep doctors bag just to name a few, where all presented in the own showcase. They were carried a step behind the models by ports. This collection makes a giant step in for Women’s kind, and never forgets she’s a lady.
